1. About these terms
Trendzy Chat provides a business customer engagement workspace. These terms are a draft, not a finalized commercial agreement. Final acceptance requirements, business details and an effective date will be confirmed before public launch.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account and business information, safeguard your sign-in details, and grant access only to authorized team members. You must have authority to act for any business you register. Use only the workspaces and customer records you are authorized to access.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate others, distribute harmful or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or misuse another business’s data. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content they upload or prepare.
4. Customer data and marketing consent
Your business remains responsible for its customer data, privacy notices and required permissions. Obtain and maintain valid marketing consent where required, honor opt-outs, and follow applicable messaging and privacy rules. Adding a contact or saving a campaign draft does not authorize marketing messages.
5. WhatsApp and third-party services
WhatsApp functionality depends on an authorized connection, Meta’s requirements and available messaging services. Templates may require approval, and third-party fees or restrictions may apply. Trendzy Chat is not Meta or WhatsApp, and does not guarantee account verification, template approval, message delivery or uninterrupted third-party access.
6. Features under development and AI
The service is under active development. A saved draft, configured connection or unsent reply is not evidence that a message has been delivered. Planned features are not guaranteed to be available. Review any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to customers; it may be incomplete or inaccurate.
7. Plans, charges and cancellation
Any paid subscription, usage allowance, billing cycle, tax treatment, renewal terms and refund policy must be disclosed and agreed before a purchase. Displayed plans alone do not enable billing. Final cancellation and refund terms are pending confirmation.
8. Ownership and permissions
Businesses retain rights in their own content and customer records. Trendzbee Technology retains rights in the Trendzy Chat brand and original software, subject to third-party licenses. Provide only content you have permission to use, and authorize its processing as needed to provide the enabled service.
9. Availability and account closure
Maintenance, service changes or third-party interruptions may affect availability. Procedures for misuse-related restrictions, cancellation, data export and account closure will be set out in the final agreement. Keep independent copies of important business records.
10. Legal terms and contact
Final warranty provisions, liability terms, governing law and dispute procedures require legal review and will be confirmed before commercial launch. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Verified business contact details will be added to the final terms.
